Installation and maintenance:
1. The power supply voltage shall conform to the input voltage on the nameplate of the voltage regulator
2. The voltage regulator must be well grounded to ensure safety;
3. When in use, always pay attention that the output current does not exceed the rated value, otherwise it is easy to reduce the service life of the voltage regulator or even burn out;
4. Rotate the hand wheel slowly and evenly during use to avoid brush damage or spark;
5. The use of the voltage regulator shall be checked frequently. If the brush is found to be excessively worn or damaged, the brush of the same specification shall be replaced in time, and the hand wheel shall be rotated several times with No. 0 sandpaper under the brush to make the bottom surface of the brush smooth and in good contact before use;
6. The contact surface between the coil and the brush shall be kept clean frequently, otherwise it is easy to increase the spark and burn the coil surface. If black spots are found on the surface of the coil, wipe them off with cotton yarn stained with alcohol until the spots on the surface are removed;
7. From the power supply to the voltage regulator, the conductor and conductor terminal of the voltage regulator to the load shall be in good contact and can pass through the rated current of the voltage regulator;
8. When moving the voltage regulator, the hand wheel shall not be used, but the handle or the whole product shall be lifted and moved;
9. When the voltage regulator needs to be installed horizontally on the large panel or vertically on other bases, it can be fixed with the installation hole of the voltage regulator base
